1. Scope and app identity

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application 축구분석 AI (Football Analysis AI), package com.footballfetch.android, provided under the Football Fetch brand (the “App”). It explains how information is accessed, collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted when you use the App.

This policy governs the Android App only. Other Football Fetch websites, services, or platform-specific applications may have separate practices and policies.

2. Information we process

We limit processing to information needed to provide football schedules and analysis, remember app choices, operate advertising, maintain security, and respond to support requests. Some data is handled directly by Football Fetch and some is handled by service providers integrated into the App.

Information the App does not request

• The App does not currently create or maintain a Football Fetch user account.
• The App does not request access to precise device location, contacts, call logs, messages, photos or videos, camera, microphone, health data, or financial information.
• The App does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or date of birth.

3. How we use information

Football Fetch and its service providers use information only for the purposes described in this policy.

• Provide match schedules, live-score updates, match details, and AI-assisted football analysis.
• Apply your language, time-zone, favorite-league, and other local preferences.
• Display interstitial and rewarded ads, record reward completion, and enforce local ad or ticket limits.
• Operate consent choices, measure ad performance, detect invalid traffic, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Monitor service availability, troubleshoot failures, and improve security and reliability.
• Respond to privacy or support inquiries and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the App, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Advertising-related processing by Google may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws. Available consent and Android advertising controls can limit certain uses.

5. Advertising and consent

The App uses Google Mobile Ads to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads are shown when you choose an ad-supported action; a completed reward event is used to grant the related in-app benefit.

When the App starts, it requests consent information through Google's consent tools. Where required and available, Google may present a consent form before ads are requested. Depending on your choices, location, and device settings, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.

You can reset or delete the Android advertising ID and manage available advertising privacy controls in Android or Google settings. Clearing the App's storage may also remove locally stored App and consent state, but it does not delete records independently controlled by Google.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including service delivery, security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.

• On-device preferences and app state remain until you clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or they are removed by the operating system. Device backups may follow your Android or Google account settings.
• API request and security records are retained only as long as needed to operate and protect the service, investigate incidents, and meet legal obligations; they are then deleted or de-identified when reasonably possible.
• Support emails are retained while the request is handled and for any reasonable follow-up, security, dispute, or legal recordkeeping period.
• Google and Vercel retain information under their own retention policies and controls.

7. Your choices and requests

The current App does not support account creation, so there is no Football Fetch Android account to delete. You can still control local data and ask us to delete information that Football Fetch controls.

• Delete local App data through Android Settings → Apps → 축구분석 AI → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the App.
• Manage or reset your advertising ID and other available ad privacy controls in Android or Google settings.
• Email footballfetch@footballfetch.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under applicable law. Include the App name and enough non-sensitive detail for us to understand the request.
• Because the App does not use a stable Football Fetch account identifier, we may be unable to link a general server log to you without sufficient request details. We will explain if we cannot identify the relevant record.

8. Security

The production App sends Football Fetch API requests over HTTPS. We use data minimization, limited Android permissions, service-provider access controls, and operational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We review our practices and update safeguards when the App, providers, or applicable requirements change.

9. International processing

Football Fetch and its providers may process information in South Korea, the United States, and other countries where they operate infrastructure or personnel. Privacy protections may differ from those in your country. We and our providers use applicable contractual, technical, and legal safeguards for these transfers.

10. Children's privacy

The App is a general-audience football information service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App's features, data practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. If a change materially affects user rights or how personal information is handled, we will provide additional notice where required.
